MARK LONGABAUGH


Mark Longabaugh has over twenty years of experience in politics, media and campaign management. His experience ranges from the management of numerous statewide and congressional campaigns, to high-profile roles in several Presidential campaigns. Prior to starting his own firm, Wild Bunch Consulting, Mark served as Political Director for Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund and as the Senior Vice President for Political Affairs at the League of Conservation Voters.

Mark has extensive experience in presidential politics, having managed the New Hampshire primary campaign of former Sen. Bill Bradley in 2000, and the victorious Clinton-Gore campaign in Ohio in 1992. In 1988, Mark ran Dick Gephardt's well regarded presidential effort in New Hampshire and later managed the fall campaign in Missouri for the Dukakis-Bentsen ticket.

Mark has had the opportunity to work with two of the original pioneers of Democratic media consulting and advertising, Bob Squier and David Sawyer. In addition to his work in politics, Mark has worked at two respected corporate advertising agencies, the Sawyer/Miller Group and Shepardson Stern + Kaminsky.”

BILL BUCK


Bill Buck has over fifteen years of international and national communications experience in government, the private sector and political campaigns. He is currently President and COO of Cherry Tree Mobile Media and a consultant with New Future Communications, based in Washington, DC. Previously, Bill was National Press Secretary for General Wesley Clark's Presidential campaign and served as a Press Secretary for the Democratic National Committee. In 2000, he was the Communications Director for Al Gore's campaign in Florida and in 1996, was the Clinton/Gore press secretary in Memphis, TN. Bill began his political career with the Clinton Campaign in 1992, working on the New Hampshire primary. Over this period he has worked on numerous statewide and coordinated campaigns, including Rendell for Governor and Bowles for Senate.

During the Clinton Administration he served as the Treasury Department's Press Secretary for Domestic Finance. In that role he worked on the passage of landmark banking legislation, issues related to debt finance in an era of surplus, and other policy initiatives. Prior to joining Treasury, Bill was Deputy Communications Director for Commerce Secretary William M. Daley. He served as the press lead on all international trade and policy missions, as well as the Department's trade and technology issues. He also worked under Commerce Secretary Ron Brown and Commerce Secretary Mickey Kantor on media campaigns to highlight job creation and export promotion.

MEGHAN GAFFNEY


Meghan Gaffney has several years fundraising experience at the local, state and national levels. Meghan began her career raising money for Governor Bob Holden (MO) and the Missouri Democratic Party. Since then, she has worked with candidates at all levels and on several special elections. In 2005, Meghan was the first fundraiser to raise over $500,000 in online donations to a Congressional campaign, working with Paul Hackett in the Ohio 5th District special election.

In 2006, Meghan worked as the Western Regional Financial Services Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. During this record breaking year, Meghan worked with candidates in states from Michigan to Hawaii and was a part of the team that help elect six new Members of Congress from the West: Gabrielle Giffords (AZ), Mazie Hirono (HI), Steve Kagan (WI), Jerry McNerney (CA), Harry Mitchell (AZ) and Ed Perlmutter (CO).

Her experience extends beyond candidate campaigns and political action committees. In 2007 Meghan worked with the Nevada State Democratic Party to help develop the fundraising program for their first ever early Presidential Caucus. She developed a multi-million dollar budget that successful brought together business, labor and gaming communities.
